We are a manufacturer. SHUCHUANG designs and assembles lighting in-house, including our own metal workshop, which lets us control quality and fully customize our fixtures — rather than reselling other factories' products.

For our CE-certified standard products, the MOQ is 50 sets. For custom (made-to-order) products, there is no MOQ — we can produce even a single bespoke piece for a project.

Standard CE-certified products typically ship in 30–45 days. Custom products typically ship in 35–50 days, depending on the design and quantity. We confirm the exact timeline with you before production begins.

Yes. We build fully to your requirements — your drawings, dimensions, finishes and brand. If you choose one of our standard products, we can also accommodate special requests; without special instructions, standard products ship as-is. If you'd like a custom piece but aren't sure how to specify it, our team provides a professional design service to tailor it to your space.

Yes. Samples are charged at three times the standard unit price. When you place the production order, the amount charged above the standard price is refunded to you in full at shipment. Sampling takes approximately 30–45 days.

Selected standard products are CE-certified. Custom products are not pre-certified — where certification is required for a custom piece, it is arranged on the client's side. Let us know your market's requirements and we'll advise on the best option.

We ship worldwide by sea freight, which is the most cost-effective method for lighting of this size and weight. We'll help arrange shipping documents and can quote freight to your nearest port.

We accept PayPal. Production begins after a 35% deposit. The balance is invoiced before shipment and sent to the contact details you provide.

Yes — all SHUCHUANG lighting comes with a 5-year warranty. If you experience any quality issue within this period, contact us and we'll make it right.

Every piece is wrapped internally in custom extra-thick pearl cotton (EPE foam), then packed in a one-piece, fully sealed wooden crate. This protects delicate stone, glass and crystal through long-distance sea freight.

Yes. We can send you a digital catalog on request, and a printed product catalog is included with your shipment.
