LINEN is a textured glass ceiling light by SHUCHUANG. Flat glass sheets hang edge to edge in close-set rows from a continuous track, each drawn with a fine parallel texture set to run consistently along the length of the room, which is what produces the reading of a weave rather than a row of panels. Light introduced above the run is broken by the lines as it passes, so the sheets glow softly across their whole face and stay diffuse enough to sit directly over a dining table. Made to order for dining rooms, private rooms and long banquettes. Run length, sheet width, texture pitch and drop are engineered to your ceiling. Made to order in our own workshop in Guzhen, Zhongshan, China. Worldwide shipping.

LINEN hangs flat glass sheets in close-set rows along a dining room ceiling, each drawn with a fine linear texture, so the run reads as woven cloth stretched overhead rather than as a line of fittings.
LINEN is made to order in our own workshop. Run length, sheet width, texture pitch and drop are all built to your ceiling, then shipped and delivered worldwide.
Flat glass sheets are hung edge to edge in close-set rows from a continuous track. Each sheet is drawn with a fine parallel texture, and the sheets are set so those lines run consistently along the length of the room, which is what produces the reading of a weave rather than a row of panels.
Light is introduced above the run and travels down through the texture. Because the lines break it as it passes, the sheets glow softly across their whole face instead of showing a bright source behind them — the light is diffuse enough to sit directly over a dining table.
Made to order for dining rooms, private rooms and long banquettes. Run length, sheet width, texture pitch and drop are engineered to your ceiling, and the run can be built straight or stepped to follow a mezzanine edge.
